Corrections
If you notice something on one of our reviews that looks out of date or inaccurate — a price that changed, a spec we got wrong, a guarantee term we misread — send us the specific page and the correction, and we will review it. Confirmed corrections are published quickly.
What we can't help with
We are not the official store for any of the products we review, so we cannot help with order status, refunds, or returns on a purchase you made from a manufacturer. Those requests need to go to the seller you bought from. Every review points to the maker's official store — that is the channel to contact for order-related questions.
